Gran Oasis Resort

The accommodation layout was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. There was enough space for all of us without feeling crowded. We stayed just before half term and that week was great, they had sunbeds , you could pick where you wanted to sit in the restaurant and the pool wasn’t to busy. It changed completely when half term started. The entertainment was good in the evenings, the room was cleaned everyday. Would definitely come back but not when schools are off. Taxi to airport is about €30 , taxi to town and Siam we’re about €6-9. Would definitely visit plays las vista beach over the others in the area.

I recently stayed here at Gran Oasis Resort, 4-star hotel in Tenerife and had an excellent experience. My room was incredibly spacious, set over two floors with not one but two balconies, offering fantastic views and plenty of space to relax. The room also featured a well-equipped kitchen, which I didn’t use as I opted for the all-inclusive package, an excellent choice as the food was great (loads of fried items, but plenty of other choices). The staff was exceptional across the board, from the friendly and professional reception team to the attentive bar and dining room staff. The animation team was also outstanding, keeping guests entertained with a variety of fun activities throughout the day and evening. Also the hotel have a small gym and a gaming room with few pool tables. The hotel is conveniently located near the main highway, making it accessible for exploring the island. However, it’s on the edge of the city, so it’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the town center or the beach. There’s also a free shuttle service, but it only runs once a day, which is a slight drawback. Overall, this hotel offers a fantastic stay with great amenities and service. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy Tenerife in style and comfort! Family or as a couple.

We had 2 rooms having booked and then stayed on, reason we stayed on was the first townhouse with no apartment above you was beautiful, incredible bed and super quiet which is exactly what we wanted hence why we booked to stay longer, then we were moved to room 47 which had 2 single beds and a flat above the townhouse and was not near as good. Nor were the pillows! Overall though we liked the complex and the food was very good and we would stay again but with the request of certain rooms…

was clean everywhere, friendly staff, good variety of food every day, rooms were nice as well

The resort had everything one would want from a resort. We were in a duplex apartment which was beautifully designed, neat and clean with all amenities and a fully functional kitchen. All levels had attached balconies and beautiful view. The resort itself was amazing with multiple swimming pools, restaurant, bars and onsite supermarket. The staff at Gran Oasis were simply amazing, so friendly and helpful. The reception staff constantly enquired about us if we were comfortable and resolved all our queries that we had. It is very family friendly and caters to children of all age group. There were entertainment every evening, which was really fun time.
